It doesn't make sense to hire a human coach for everything. So I run a scheduled agent that reviews yesterday's meeting transcripts and coaches me on sales and delivery.
I need a coach for a lot of things, but it doesn't make sense right now to hire one for everything. So I hire Claude Cowork instead. Codex works too.
Every day on a schedule, it reviews all my meetings from the previous day, pulls the calendar detail and the transcript and if it looks like a sales meeting, it coaches me on how I did from a sales perspective in each one.
I have another one that finds and coaches how I'm doing in a delivery role for those meetings.
It's not as good as a real coach or more sophisticated, specialized agents. But, it's much more valuable than just moving on with no real feedback. And I can tune it to be more useful for me over time.
And so can you. It only takes a few minutes to get started. And that's just the beginning of what's possible if you put in the effort - or hire somebody like me to help you do it.
With a Mac, an iPhone, a CRM, and a scheduled agent, you can keep your CRM current from your calls and texts—without any specialized tools.
