By now, most of your people have tried ChatGPT, Copilot, or Claude. Some are getting real results. Some quietly put the tools back down. Almost nobody has changed how the work actually gets done.
So far, AI has shown up as training and individual tools — not as a redesign of the work itself. Meanwhile, the agents that emerged in the last six to twelve months are different. They can do bounded jobs end to end. That window didn't exist a year ago.
Most companies haven't caught up. That's the opportunity.
Most of the operating change lives in the middle layer. The other two make it stick.
Bounded helpers that do one job well — triage, draft, summarize, check, route. Useful on their own; better as pieces of something larger.
Multi-step work turned into a repeatable system. Where most of the operating change actually lives. Proposal review, customer onboarding, call analysis, executive reporting, AI-assisted spec / test / review for engineering teams.
Internal tools and product features built from the start to be operated by agents alongside people. For software companies, that's product strategy and architecture. For services and operators, it's the tools and integrations that turn good workflows into durable systems.
Real builders getting real results with working with Craig:
"Craig helped us build a culture around AI-assisted engineering. We've dramatically increased the pace of delivery even with 1/3 the capacity we had in 2024."
"Craig has been my "go to" hands-on technology and product executive for two different PE-backed companies. He is great at quickly getting to the core issues that need to be addressed and building trust with the Product / Eng teams to get them bought in and moving in the right direction. He is the rare combination of customer-focused, yet highly technical executive. I would work with him again in a heartbeat."
"Craig grasps the entirety of a complex problem instantly. High compute speed and quick collation of the facts and challenges. Can get to the distilled core of an issue quickly."
Most AI work right now is either slideware from generalists who don't ship, or implementation shops wiring up someone else's tool. Vibecto is the work in between.
We don't run generic training. We don't sell a chatbot. We don't write a forty-page strategy and hand it over. We sit alongside leadership, map where AI can actually change how the work gets done, build the first systems with the team, and teach the patterns so the team can keep going.
The point isn't efficiency theater. The point is ambition — being the firm that does more impressive work than its size implies.
Three shapes. Same practice underneath.
A fixed-scope operating-change sprint. Map, ranked roadmap, one workflow shipped. Stands on its own if we stop there.
An AI operating partner for the team — month to month, hands-on, focused on expanding what's working and coaching internal champions.
A time-boxed engagement tied to a single high-stakes bet, when the cost of getting it wrong is much higher than the cost of the engagement.
If you're after a one-off workshop with no follow-through, that's fine — head straight to the workshops page. If any of the rest is true, we'll save each other the call.
Craig Sturgis has been building hands-on with the current generation of agents and AI-assisted development tooling since the day ChatGPT shipped — mostly inside software product companies, now broadening into services and operations-led businesses.
The work has produced public writing, workshops, and live engagements (including high-stakes AI execution partnership with operating teams under real deadlines). Vibecto is what came out of doing the work in public for long enough that companies started asking for a version of it on theirs.

Recording and slides from my 25-minute talk at AI Indy on April 22, 2026 — how skills, hooks, CLAUDE.md, and GitHub Actions compose into a fully automated software development lifecycle.

An experiment in finding the limits of what one product builder can do with an army of agents — and what makes that pace sustainable.

Not everything should ship at max speed. Kano analysis is my favorite tool for deciding what to let rip and what to prepare around.
